AGV steering wheel integrates an integrated mechanical structure such as drive motor, steering motor, speed reducer, etc., integrating product, walking, traction and steering functions, and can load and pull heavy goods. AGVs, mobile robots, etc. can be quickly deployed. Perfectly meet the application requirements of AGV. Therefore, steering wheel drive is the development direction of AGV applications. Compared with the traditional AGV car differential control method, the steering wheel is highly integrated, adaptable, and has higher precision and faster response with the servo system.
Single-steering wheel AGVs are mostly three-wheeled models, relying on a hinged axle at the front of the AGV to steer the wheel as the driving wheel, and two driven wheels are installed at the rear. The front wheel uses two steering gears, one controls the steering and the other drives the AGV.
